1. Eligibility and Account Use

2. Gift Card Purchases

Our site offers gift cards associated with participating local businesses and national brands. Product descriptions, denominations, availability, merchant participation, and applicable restrictions may vary by gift card.

• You agree to review the details shown for a gift card before completing a purchase.
• A purchase is not final until it has been accepted and processed by our service.
• We may refuse, limit, cancel, or review an order when we suspect fraud, unauthorized activity, pricing or listing errors, or a violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• You are responsible for entering accurate order and recipient information. We may not be able to correct or recover a gift card sent using incorrect information.

3. Gift Card Redemption

Gift cards may be redeemed only with the participating merchant, brand, or location identified with the applicable gift card and may be subject to the merchant’s own redemption rules. A merchant may require presentation of the gift card, verification of its balance, or compliance with additional transaction procedures.

• Gift cards generally cannot be used to purchase other gift cards unless the applicable merchant permits it.
• A gift card may not be redeemed for cash except where required by applicable law.
• Gift cards cannot be used after their balance has been fully redeemed.
• Some merchants may impose exclusions, transaction limits, location restrictions, or separate expiration rules to the extent permitted by law.

4. Balances and Unauthorized Use

You are responsible for protecting gift card numbers, access codes, and other redemption credentials. Treat these credentials like cash. We are generally unable to replace or refund a gift card that is lost, stolen, disclosed, or used without authorization, except where required by law or where the loss resulted from our failure to use reasonable care.

Balance information displayed through our site may be delayed or subject to information received from the applicable merchant. The merchant’s records may control the available balance and redemption status.

5. Pricing, Payments, and Taxes

Prices and available denominations may change without notice. You authorize the payment method used for an order to be charged for the purchase amount and any applicable fees or taxes presented during checkout. If payment is declined, reversed, or determined to be unauthorized, we may cancel the associated order or suspend access to related gift cards.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Gift card sales are generally final once a gift card has been issued or delivered, except where a refund or cancellation is required by applicable law or approved by us under the circumstances of the transaction. Requests may be reviewed based on the gift card’s status, redemption activity, payment history, and applicable merchant rules.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use our site or service to:

• Engage in fraud, money laundering, theft, abuse, or any unlawful activity.
• Access another person’s account or gift card information without authorization.
• Interfere with the operation, security, or availability of our online platform.
• Use automated tools to scrape, copy, monitor, or collect information from our site without permission.
• Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, payment information, or the purpose of a transaction.

8. Merchant Relationships

Participating merchants are responsible for the goods and services they provide, their prices, hours, locations, policies, and acceptance of gift cards. We do not control the operations of participating merchants and are not responsible for a merchant’s acts, omissions, closure, refusal to honor a valid gift card, or changes to its gift card program, except to the extent required by applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property

Content made available through our site, including text, graphics, logos, software, designs, and compilations, is owned by or licensed to the company and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the content only for personal, noncommercial use in connection with this service. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our site and service are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, complete accuracy of balance information, or continued participation by any merchant.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for losses resulting from unauthorized access, lost credentials, merchant conduct, service interruptions, or inability to redeem a gift card. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the company and its affiliates, personnel, service providers, and partners from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of our site or service, violation of these Terms and Conditions, violation of law, or infringement of another person’s rights.
